Videos are a valuable tool for learning martial arts techniques. However, true progress comes not from imitation alone, but from understanding the principles behind each movement.
Study the textbook, learn the concept of Riho, observe the techniques in the videos, and apply them through regular practice. By repeating this process, the techniques gradually become your own.
