About the Promotion and Certification System
本ページでは、増田道場における昇級・昇段および各種認定制度について説明します。
昇級・昇段は、単に技術の上達を評価するものではありません。
基本技、型、組手、武道理念、稽古への姿勢などを総合的に評価し、次の段階へ進むための指標となります。
また、将来的には指導員資格や審判資格などの各種認定制度についても、本ページで案内していきます。
This page explains the promotion, grading, and certification system of Masuda Dojo.
Promotion is not based solely on technical ability.
Students are evaluated comprehensively, including their basic techniques, kata, kumite, understanding of Budo philosophy, attitude toward training, and overall personal development.
This section will also include information on instructor and referee certifications as these programs are developed.

昇級・昇段とは、帯の色や段位を得ることが目的ではありません。
本来の目的は、自らの成長を確認し、次の目標へ向かって努力を続けることにあります。
武道の修練には終わりはありません。
一つひとつの級・段位は、努力の証であると同時に、新たな学びの出発点でもあります。

The purpose of promotion is not simply to earn a new belt or rank.
Its true purpose is to confirm one’s growth and inspire continued effort toward the next stage of training.
There is no final destination in Budo.
Each rank represents both an achievement and the beginning of a new stage of learning.
